It respects the environment and your health!
Organic cotton is grown using organic techniques defined by strict charters. It is grown on soil where no insecticides or herbicides have been used for at least three years. The absence of chemical pesticides in organic cotton crops is a huge advantage because the soil regenerates more quickly and poses no danger to surrounding species.
Grown with natural compost that replaces chemical fertilizers and pesticides, it is therefore GMO-free. In addition, the water consumption required for its cultivation is cut in half compared to conventional cotton.
The absence of chemical pesticides has the unique effect of making this organic cotton feel more pleasant, as it is softer and more supple.
In its manufacturing process, the fiber is bleached with hydrogen peroxide rather than chlorine. The dyes are produced without heavy metals or other carcinogenic substances. All our products are manufactured in compliance with quality, ethical, and environmental standards.

We have had the invaluable opportunity to craft some of our lingerie styles using Dentelle de Calais®. We are proud to offer LYEVA women the excellence of an ancestral material woven in France.

This heritage product has paid a heavy price to the pressure of foreign markets, but a few lace manufacturers have managed to rise from their ashes and continue to produce this iconic lace, an anthem to the elegance of the French woman. Dentelle de Calais® defines the LYEVA woman: the elegance of authenticity and the charm of simplicity.

THE MODAL

Modal is a resilient natural material with extraordinary properties. Its production has very little environmental impact as it requires less water and less energy than many other textiles.

It is often combined with other fibers to create new fabrics with increasingly innovative characteristics. Heat-resistant, modal absorbs moisture very quickly and ensures a feeling of lightness and freshness.

Smoother than viscose, modal has a slightly satiny appearance reminiscent of silk. It is an extremely soft textile that is very pleasant to wear.

RECYCLED POLYAMIDE YARN

Striving for better consumption by purchasing environmentally friendly products also involves paying close attention to materials. This is why we have created the vast majority of our collection using knit fabric made from recycled synthetic yarn.

We are particularly fond of the project to produce Nylon yarn from recycled materials such as fishing nets and other plastic waste, helping to contain this environmental disaster by turning waste problems into solutions. Collecting these materials and upcycling them to create quality textiles, with zero impact on nature.

From this beautiful project comes our sustainable Italian fabric made from recycled nylon, which is hyper-resistant, thin and elegant, stretchy, soft and breathable... A unique blend of muscle compression and comfort while being resistant to stretching and pilling. Thanks to its innovative construction, it is also twice as resistant to chlorine and tanning creams and oils.
